The Big-Data Conference 2022

The Big Data Conference will be a coming together of people and organisations working and interested in the data space in Zimbabwe. Covering aspects including research, innovation, data solutions for good and learning, the symposium will be a mixture of workshops, panel discussions and presentations on work in the fields of advanced data technologies. The objective of the conference is to showcase Zimbabwe’s position in the advanced technology space as well as providing opportunities for networking and building collaborative relationships and partnerships among people and organisations working in data.

Pre-Conference Meetup: Introductory Workshops

The main objective is to introduce major concepts in Data Science, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence as well as other fields that will be discussed during the conference.

Tutorials will be hands-on demonstrations of technical concepts. Talks will also introduce concepts with no coding. Focus is on techniques and tools in the data space.
